In this class, kids will learn how to paint portraits with acrylics, using techniques like blending and scaling up photos for canvases. Kids will have a lot of creative freedom in this class and will be able to develop unique artistic portrait styles.

Develop your skills in the art of photography! This hands-on class is an introduction to taking cool and amazing photographs on your smartphone or digital camera. Students will gain knowledge on how to confidently use a camera and take beautiful photos! They will learn concepts such as: subject matter, lighting and composition, editing, and the three pillars of photography (aperture, shutter speed, and ISO).

Writing The Next Great American Novel

In this class, we will be covering the technical elements of writing a novel. This will include lessons and tips on characterization, plot, and further development of a personal style. This will also include a lesson on how to write a novel as opposed to other writing styles and includes how to plan a novel and tips on finishing one.

Drama 102

In this class, we will explore the beginning skills of an actor. It will be a fun beginner's class for someone interested in acting and wants to learn more. Drama 102 is a continuation of the first session, Drama 101. In the first class, we will do a brief review of what was covered, so don't worry! If your child already has some understanding of acting, then it shouldn't be too hard for them to jump in!

In this class, we will be exploring comedic and dramatic monologues. Monologues are long speeches delivered by one actor in a play or movie. This class will help beginning actors practice memorization skills and will help them learn the fundamentals of acting. Monologue Magic will be a fun class for anyone already interested in acting and theatre!

Introduction to creative writing
